Christine Lang is a sociologist and PhD researcher at the IMIS. She studied sociology and political science at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg and sociology at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris where she graduated in 2010.
Her research interests include educational and professional careers of the second generation, social mobility, migration and public administration as well as urban diversity. Her PhD project focuses on the access of immigrants' descendants to employment in the public administration.
